حجابك ليس إرهاباً........!!

الـحمد لله وحده و الصلاة والـسلام على من لا نبي بعده مـحمد وعلى آله وأزواجه وصحبه أما بعد: لقد خلق الله تعالى الإنسان في أحسن تقويم وأجمل صورة, قال الله تعالى:


(لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإنْسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ ) (التين: 4 ) وفضله على كثير من خلقه وكرمه بكرامات كثيرة وميزه بخصائص عديدة¸ قال الله تعالى: (وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْر وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلاً) (الإسراء:70). ومن تكريم الله لهذا الإنسان أن أنزل عليه لباسا يستر عورته ويتزين به ويتجمل, قال الله تعالى: ( يا بنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاساً يُوَارِي سَوْآتِكُمْ وَرِيشاً وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَى ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ ذَلِكَ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ) (لأعراف:26), فاللباس لباس مادي لستر العورة والزينة والجمال وآخر معنوي يستر سوءة النفس البشرية وهو لباس الإيمان والتقوى ومتى اجتمعا في إنسان فقد بلغ الغاية في تحقيق الكمال الإنساني, إن الاستحياء من كشف العورات واستقباح التعري وإبداء السوءات ليس عرفاً إنسانياً ولا اصطلاحاً بشرياً, وإنما هو فطرة إلهية مغروسة في عمق النفس البشرية ما لم تلوثها الأوحال الجاهلية, ولذلك ما إن ظهرت لأدم وحواء سوءاتهما لأول مرة بسبب وقوعهما في الخطيئة بالأكل من الشجرة التي نهاهما الله عن الأكل منها حتى سارعا بدافع الفطرة رغم عدم وجود بشر سواهما في ذلك الحين إلى سترها بورق الجنة حياء من الله, قال الله تعالى: ( ِفَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِنْ وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ) (الأعراف: 22). ومما تميز به الإنسان المتحضر تاريخيا عن الإنسان المتوحش الذي كان يعيش في الغابات و البراري اللباس و الزينة, و قد خص الله تعالى كلا من الذكر والأنثى بخصائص جسدية و مشاعر وأحاسيس نفسية واقتضت حكمته تعالى تمايزهما في اللباس و الزينة وفقا لتمايزهما النفسي والجسدي ولهذا أمر الله المسلمة أن تستر جميع بدنها أمام الرجال الأجانب غير المحارم - وهم من يحرمون عليها تحريما مؤبدا بنسب أو رضاع أو مصاهرة - قال الله تعالى: (وَقُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ) (النور:31) فالآية نص في وجوب ستر المسلمة زينتها من أعلى رأسها حتى أخمص قدميها حيث أمر الله تعالى بضرب الخمار على الجيوب و الخمار هو ما تغطي المرأة به رأسها وعنقها ونحرها و الجيب هو فتحة الثوب جهة الرأس وضرب الخمار على الجيب هو ليه عليه وذلك حتى لا يبدو شيء من زينة العنق والصدر وختمت الآية بوجوب ستر الساقين والقدمين بل وتحريم لفت انتباه الرجال إلى الزينة المخفية تحت اللباس عبر ضرب الأرجل بالأرض فقال تعالى: (وَلا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِنْ زِينَتِهِنَّ) (النور:31) فإذا كان لا يجوز تعمد إسماع الرجال صوت الخلاخيل فكيف يجوز إظهار الساقين بخلاخيلها أمام الرجال؟ ومن الأدلة على وجوب ستر المسلمة قوله تعالى: ( يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لِأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلابِيبِهِنَّ) (الأحزاب: 59) والجلباب هو الثوب الذي كانت تلتحف به المسلمة من رأسها حتى قدميها ونلاحظ في هذه الآية أن الأمر الإلهي لم يستثن أطهر نساء العالمين ومن لا يتصور في حقهن الانحراف و الوقوع في الفاحشة وهن زوجات النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وبناته الطاهرات بل بدا الأمر بهن ليكن قدوة لمن دونهن من النساء في الفضل والمنزلة وحتى لا يقول قائل أن الحجاب لا يكون إلا لمن يخشى منها الانحراف. بل قال لهن: (وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى) (الأحزاب: 33), وهذه الآية الأخيرة وان كان المخاطب بها أمهات المؤمنين نساء النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إلا أن حكمها عام في نساء المؤمنين لأن إضافة التبرج إلى الجاهلية الأولى خرج مخرج الذم, والتبرج خروج المرأة كاشفة شيء من زينتها ولما أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بخروج المرأة لصلاة العيد قالت أم عطية يا رسول الله إحدانا لا يكون لها جلباب, قال: (لتلبسها أختها من جلبابها) رواه مسلم. فأمرها أن تستعير جلبابا من غيرها ولم يأذن لها بالخروج متبرجة بل أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم توعد المتبرجات بالنار يوم القيامة والعياذ بالله فقال: (صنفان من أهل النار لم أرهما : قوم معهم سياط كأذناب البقر يضربون بها الناس, ونساء كاسيات عاريات مميلات مائلات رءوسهن كأسنمة البخت المائلة, لا يدخلن الجنة , ولا يجدن ريحها , وإن ريحها ليوجد من مسيرة كذا وكذا ) رواه مسلم. ومعنى كاسيات عاريات أي يلبسن كسوة تستر بعض أبدانهن وتكشف بعضها أو يلبسن لباسا رقيقا يشف عما تحته من جسدها, وهذا أمر يبغضه الله ورسوله. وبناء على ما تقدم يتضح جليا أن المسلمة البالغة يجب عليها ستر زينتها وعدم إبداءها أمام الرجال الأجانب وأن ذلك لا يتحقق إلا بستر جميع جسدها بجلباب فضفاض لا يحجم أعضاء المرأة ولا يشف عما تحته من زينتها وجسدها وأن لا يكون زينة في نفسه لأن ذلك يتنافى مع الأمر بستر الزينة. كما ظهر جليا أن حجاب المرأة ليس رمزا دينيا ولا علامة سياسية بل هو أمر إلهي وواجب ديني لا يسع المسلمة إلا الالتزام به في كل أرض وتحت أي سماء وهو التزام شخصي ليس له أي ضرر أو أثر على الآخرين ولا يملك أحد حق نزعه عنها تحت أي ذريعة من الذرائع ولا يجوز للمسلمة طاعته في ذلك بل يجب عليها هجر الأماكن الذي يفرض فيها عليها نزع خمارها, سواء كانت مدارس أو جامعات أو أماكن عمل وغير ذلك, قال الله تعالى: (وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إِذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْراً أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلالاً مُبِيناً) (الأحزاب: 36) واذّكر الجميع أن الله تعالى قد أكمل لنا الدين وأتم علينا النعمة ورضي لنا الإسلام دينا فلا حلال إلا ما أحله ولا حرام إلا ما حرمه ولا دين إلا ما شرعه, قال تعالى: (الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الإسلام دِيناً) (المائدة: 3) فما ثبت في الكتاب والسنة من أحكام هذا الدين العظيم. لا يملك أحد مهما بلغ من العلم أو تقلد من المناصب السياسية والدينية حق تغيره أو تعديله أو إباحة ما حرم الله أو تحريم ما أحل الله, ولا يجوز لأحد طاعته في ذلك قال الله تعالى: (وَإِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ لَيُوحُونَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَائِهِمْ لِيُجَادِلُوكُمْ وَإِنْ أَطَعْتُمُوهُمْ إِنَّكُمْ لَمُشْرِكُونَ) (الأنعام: 121) أي إن أطعتموهم في تحليل ما حرم الله أو تحريم ما احل الله. هذا وليعلم المسلمون والمسلمات أن الله تعالى يمتحن عباده ويختبر صبرهم ليتميز المؤمن من المنافق والصادق من الكاذب قال الله تعالى: ( أَحَسِبَ النَّاسُ أَنْ يُتْرَكُوا أَنْ يَقُولُوا آمَنَّا وَهُمْ لا يُفْتَنُونَ. وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكَاذِبِينَ) (العنكبوت: 2-3) وقال تعالى: (وَنَبْلُوكُمْ بِالشَّرِّ وَالْخَيْرِ فِتْنَةً وَإِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ) (الأنبياء: 35) وفي الختام أسأل الله تعالى لنا وللمسلمين والمسلمات الصبر والثبات على دينه, إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم تسليماً كثيراً.
